Frequently Asked Questions

Orders and Shipping

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Time Estimates:
Australia is 2-5 business days
International is 7-10 business days

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Customs, fees and duties are the buyers responsibility.

How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on location and order weight.

Will I receive tracking for my package?
All orders include tracking which will be emailed once dispatched.

Returns and Damaged Items

What if my book arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email me at angieroseauthor@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

A replacement or refund will be offered after review of your email.

Can I return my book
Due to the nature of signed and limited edition books, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an incorrect address, contact me immediately. I cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped.

What happens if my package is lost?
If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit, I will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim has been processed.



Signed and Special Editions

Can I request personalisation?
Yes. Please leave what you would like me to write on the front page/on the book plate in the notes section before payment.
There will be a word limit of 50, and I do reserve the right to decline inappropriate messages.

Are signed copies refundable?
Due to the personalised nature of signed books, they cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Payments and Preorders

Do you offer refunds on preorders?
Refunds are not available for change of mind. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been dispatched. Refunds or replacements will only be offered if an item arrives damaged.

What payments do you accept?
All payments are processed securely via Shopify. I accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.
